1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jibet platform available at jibet.club (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with jibet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

jibet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of the age requirement will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at jibet's sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of jibet services, you must create a registered account. By registering, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jibet login credentials, including your username and password.
• You will not share your jibet account with any other person, nor allow any third party to use your account.
• You will notify jibet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be closed and associated funds forfeited.

jibet reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where jibet suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jibet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jibet supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards.

• Deposits are generally credited to your jibet wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jibet may require you to submit government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits, or to a verified account in your name. jibet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• Any funds deposited into your jibet account that remain unused for an extended period of inactivity may be subject to an administrative fee, as detailed in jibet's fee schedule.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jibet may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or any other method deemed abusive by jibet will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• jibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jibet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of jibet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jibet Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jibet Platform without jibet's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jibet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the jibet Platform.

jibet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jibet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jibet does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Responsible Gaming

jibet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. jibet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

Upon termination of your account for cause, jibet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jibet Platform shall first be submitted to jibet's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, you must contact jibet's customer support team in writing, providing full details of your complaint. jibet will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through jibet's internal process, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When jibet makes material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.
